Founded by a male ally committed to advancing women’s opportunities in sport, SEC-Women bridges the gap between advocacy and action. We design and deliver services, campaigns and development programs that empower women, strengthen organisations and influence the systems that shape sport.

Hi, I'm Francois Viljoen
I founded Sport Equity Collective from lived experience within sport systems that often overlook talent, particularly women navigating school, university, corporates and leadership pathways. My work is grounded in understanding where confidence erodes, where opportunity narrows and where potential quietly disappears. Sport Equity Collective exists to strengthen those gaps connecting education, leadership and institutional structures to create sustainable progression for women.
