2 HOUR INTERACTIVE MODULES
APPLIED LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
PRACTICAL TOOLS & WORKSHEETS
MEASURABLE ENGAGEMENT
I founded Sport Equity Collective from lived experience within sport systems that often overlook talent, particularly women navigating school, university, corporates and leadership pathways. My work is grounded in understanding where confidence erodes, where opportunity narrows and where potential quietly disappears. Sport Equity Collective exists to strengthen those gaps connecting education, leadership and institutional structures to create sustainable progression for women.
Sport Equity Collective is not just an advocacy group. We are a business-led, impact-driven initiative.
We combine lived experience in sport with measurable programmes that organisations can actually implement.
Instead of only raising awareness, we:
design practical leadership and development programmes
partner with businesses, media and federations
track real outcomes and career progression for women
Our approach turns equity from a conversation into an operational system.
We support women across the full sporting ecosystem. Athletes, coaches, administrators and media professionals, by giving them the tools and opportunities to grow.
We do this through:
- leadership & confidence development
- mentorship and career pathway support
- visibility and media empowerment
- sponsorship and partnership access
- creating safer, inclusive sporting environments
- Our goal is not short-term participation, it’s long-term careers and leadership representation.
Sport Equity Collective is African-rooted but globally relevant.
Gender equity challenges in sport exist worldwide, and the solutions must be scalable. Our model is designed to:
work across different sporting codes
adapt to different countries and structures
connect organisations, brands and athletes across borders
We bring African-led solutions to the global stage while building partnerships that expand opportunities for women everywhere.
This work matters because sport is not only about participation; it is a leadership and economic pipeline that shapes communities and future decision-makers. As we expand internationally, our goal is to connect ecosystems across borders, share best practice and ensure that equity in sport is not isolated to one country but embedded globally.
